GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS GSC www.sport2002.ch

For our offers, orders and deliveries, the conditions below are applicable. These conditions are valid at the latest at the reception of the goods or by the acceptation of one or several services. They are valid for all business transaction to come, without any other specifications. Changes require our written confirmation. All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF).

1. Sales contract
After its conclusion, the contract engages the responsibility of both buyer ans seller. The purveyor (seller, contractor) takes the engagement to respect the contract, except if he cancels the said contract. During a maximum of 10 days after its conclusion. All changes or accessories clauses are part of the contract and are consequently valid, but they need to be first accepted in writing by the purveyor.

2. Delivery
The delivery will take place, except special agreement, when the complete payment of the bill has been made.

Delivery costs: Switzerland and Liechtenstein: Small parcel: minimum cost: 6.00.
As of 95.00 purchase value: no charge for delivery costs, except special parcels (“Colis encombrant”): 26.00 extra.
In case of a large purchase we will absorb part or the complete cost.
Special parcel “colis encombrant”: up to 30 kg, length above 100 cm or two measurements ofer 60 cm. i.e. sticks - 26.00
Parcels will be sent by the Swiss Postal Services or a reliable carrier. Parcels are insured up to 500.00
Prices and payment conditions:
The prices on the site are applicable. These prices are valid as from our main stockage place: CH-2950 Courgenay.
Payment: a) either by credit card – we use the system Paypal b) by Postcard (Yellowpay) c) or with advanced payment:

d) or against reimbursement – cost: 15.00, as of 300.00 no charge for the reimbursement sending.
In the last two cases C & D, a special rebate of 3 % will be granted and deducted from the amount to be paid.

4. Changes of prices
The prices on the home page are valid during the season and will automatically be replaced for the new season.
Other possible changes can be made without prior notification.

5. Complaints
The complaints and the notifications of any defaults can only be accepted during a peiod of maximum 10 days, after delivery of the order and must be made in writing. The transport damages must be IMMEDIATELY be notified at the reception of the goods and DIRECTLY to the firm which has made the transport of the goods.

6. Taking back the delivered goods (merchandise, commodities) by the purveyor
A written agreement is necessary. The request by kthe buyer must be sent to the purveyor, within 10 days after delivery of the goods, stating in details the reasons. If the purveyor is obliged to take again possession of the delivered goods, due to non respect of the conditions by the buyer, the buyer must take in charge all tramsport costs caused by the return of the commodities – as well as all losses sustained by the seller, who might be obliged to sell the returned goods at a lower price, than the regular market price.

7. Protection of ownwership
All deliveries are made on the bais of “Protection of ownership”. This means that the goods will be transferred to the buyer, when all actual and future obligations by the buyer, issued from the contract is fulfilled.

8. Tribunal
For all possible disputes resulting from this contract, the qualified Tribunal is : 2900 Porrentruy.
